🌼 About the Event
Every year, Ambedkar International Center (AIC) stands committed to remembering those extraordinary Ambedkarite missionaries who dedicated their lives to the mission of Babasaheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. In 2025, we lost several precious members of our community—individuals whose work, sacrifice, and compassion strengthened the movement for equality, human dignity, and social justice.
This event is a heartfelt tribute to their legacy. We come together with their families, friends, and fellow Ambedkarites to celebrate their contributions and offer our collective respect.
🌟 Purpose of the Celebration
- To honor the lives and work of Ambedkarite missionaries who passed away in 2025.
- To provide a space for families to share memories and inspirational contributions of their loved ones.
- To educate and inspire our community by highlighting their dedication to Babasaheb’s vision.
- To strengthen our collective resolve toward social equality, humanity, compassion, and caste annihilation.
🕑 Event Schedule (2-Hour Virtual Program)
1. Opening Session – 10 minutes
- Welcome message
- Lighting of the virtual lamp / Cultural Act
- Brief introduction to the purpose of the tribute event
2. Guest Speakers – 20–25 minutes
We invite 3–4 special speakers who will share:
- The significance of lifelong Ambedkarite service
- How community members create lasting impact
- Messages of strength and encouragement for the families
3. Tribute Presentations – 60 minutes
Families of the departed Ambedkarite missionaries will share:
- A short remembrance (2–3 minutes each)
- Key contributions of their loved one
- Inspirational stories and values they upheld
AIC will display photos, names, and contributions submitted during registration.
4. Reflection & Community Message – 15 minutes
- Short meditation in honor of the departed
- Collective message of compassion and humanity
- Reaffirmation of Babasaheb’s mission
5. Closing Remarks – 10 minutes
- Gratitude to all families and speakers
- Message of unity from AIC
- Invitation to future AIC programs and community efforts
📄 Information to Collect from Families (for the Tribute Program)
Families will be invited to share the following minimum essential information:
- Full Name of the Person Who Passed Away
- City/State/Country
- Year of Birth (Optional)
- Date of Passing (2025)
- Their Role or Contribution to Ambedkar Mission
- A Short 3–4 Line Description of Their Work or Values
- One Photo (Optional)
- Name & Relationship of the Family Member Providing Information
- Contact Email or Phone (only for event coordination)
